Rholan Paving was established over 50 years ago at our current location in Mount Joy as Roland Paving, In 2000 our current owner Alan Nelson, an engineer by training, purchased the business and changed the name to Rholan Paving, LLC, reflecting a blend of the first names of Alan and his wife, Rhoda.

Today Rholan is a family-managed business grounded in our owner's faith in Christ and focused on performing the highest quality work at a fair price. The same honesty, family values, and high standards that attracted customers 50 years ago is propelling our current growth and customer satisfaction.

Rholan Paving offers excavation, grading and quality paving services throughout the Susquehanna Valley, including Dauphin, Lebanon, Lancaster, and York Counties and the Harrisburg, York, and Lancaster metro areas.  We pride ourselves in putting honesty and quality first.
